Registration

How do I register?

Go to www.goody.com and click on the “Sign in” button on the right corner on top. Fill in the required information and ensure to enter your completed address and correct mobile number so we can work out stock and delivery information to allow you to see what products are currently available.
 

What do I do after registration?

Click on the “Start shopping” icon to add items to your shopping cart. You can also begin by adding items to your cart and will be later prompted to register with the site.
 

Can I view the Website before registration?

If customers would like to have a glance at what Goody is offering, you don’t have to register. However, customers need to register after beginning to add products to their shopping cart or checking out.
 
 

Delivery

What if you don’t deliver to my area?

Since we offer delivery service for next 72 hours, we currently have to strictly control the customer flow we manage with our current resources however we will be expanding the delivery territory on a monthly basis.
Initially we will focus on delivery to residential and office areas within Johor Bahru. Therefore, if we currently don’t deliver to your house, please check whether we deliver to your office or workplace.
If we don’t deliver to either location, kindly email us at kiwi@goody.my,so that our service crew can assist you. We may be able to accommodate your order through our outsourcing agent. However, this may come with extra charges depending on your postcode or size of delivery.
 

What if I have multiple addresses?

We understand that most of our clients are busy working executives that seldom spent time at home. Therefore, we do offer delivery services to most offices and industrial areas. It is recommended that you provide the delivery address that would be best for where you want your lunch or dinner delivered.

If you have moved, or wish to change your delivery address, click on “My account” on the right corner on top of the website. From there, you may amend your address anytime. If you are still having issues with your account, kindly email us at kiwi@goody.my.
 

Is your delivery free?

You will get free delivery on orders over RM300. A flat delivery rate of RM10 will be charged if your purchase is below RM300. Special Delivery time slot rate is RM100, designated for people who extremely busy, not able to receive from office, no substitute to receive at home at normal delivery time slot and back home late.
 

What happens if I miss a delivery?

We understand that sometimes you are unable to be there to receive your order. So, we strongly recommend you appoint someone suitable to receive the product on your behalf if you having an extremely busy day.
Our drivers will also try to reach you by phone 2 times while they are in your area.
If you miss a delivery, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order again on the same day and getting full refund. 
If you really cannot receive an order and wish to cancel the order, kindly contact our service team at kiwi@goody.my or 0197170568 for better arrangement before 24hours.
 

Can I book a delivery slot before I’ve placed an order on Goody?

Yes, we have 2 time slots at the moment for you to choose from. Since they fill up very quickly, we recommend you book the time slot beforehand to avoid any disappointment.
 

What if all the time slots are booked?

Our system will show which areas our crew is delivering to at every time slot the following day. Our system is automated and times become available on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, once all slots are filled, the time slots will display “Not available.”

Products and Ordering

How can I find a product?

You can insert any keyword in the search engine on top of the webpage to quick check whether product you need is listed. If you don’t find what you need, you may click on “suggest a product” at the bottom of the webpage. You can also email kiwi@goody.my, and our procurement team will work to add the product to our inventory list.
 

 

How long can I reserve the product in my shopping cart?

20 min before you check out.
 

Can I store my favorite products on a special list?

Yes! Click on the “save my shopping list” button in your shopping cart for quick online shopping in the future.
 

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, but due to the nature of our business, we can only answer the phones from 1pm to 5pm monday to friday. However, we encourage you to order by Website/Email/Whatsapp.
 

Can I print out my order list?

Yes, go to “My shopping cart” right click and click on print.
 

Can I increase or decrease the quantity of each of item I ordered?

Our “add to cart” button is a dynamic design that allows you to increase or reduce items by clicking on the “up” and “down” button before adding it to your shopping cart.
 

Can I cancel an item?

You can do this in two ways. The first way is to click on the product and then hit the reduce button next to it. Another way is to go to your shopping cart and click on the “x” button on the item you wish to cancel.
 

Can I cancel my whole shopping list?

You can do this by clicking on your shopping list and pressing “cancel order.” This will automatically delete the order from our system. Your order will automatically cancelled after 20 min if you didnt click on "save" or "check out"
 

Can I amend my order?

Certainly, as long as it is before the cut off time at 5pm every day for next deliver.
 

What if I can’t make a decision on whether to place an order and check out is in 2 hours’ time?

Go to “My order” to save the list and it will be reserved for more than 2 hours time. After 2 hours, the system will release your reserved items and you will have to begin the process again.
 
 

Payment

What is the minimum order requirement per trip?

RM300 per order.
 

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments must be made by the following methods:
  • Online transfer by bank. (kindly Email/Whatapps the slip to kiwi@goody.my or 019 717 0568)
  • Cash on delivery. (need confirmation from you to proceed)
  • Bank info: Goody Distribution Sdn Bhd (Pbb) 3192770633
  • Cheque is acceptable
 
 

What if my credit card not working?

You may pay cash to our friendly delivery crew upon product arrival. We provide change if you require it.
 

Are your products priced according to market prices?

Goody aims to provide reasonable price to ensure they remain competitive with other retailers. We also offer promotions and sales on a weekly basis. The final price you are charged will depend on the day of your order and will display in the checkout as you place your order.
