Partial Refunds for card payment

Goody.my are selling most of the perishable product, if product spoiled during the delivery journey, or if customer return the stock upon receiving, plus any applicable difference in the total bill. Goody.my will then refund the amount to the credit card of that particular item. Goody.my won’t refund with cash when customer has chosen credit card payment.
 

Refund Policy on a card refund

Refunds shall be made by Goody.my to the original form of payment, except that when a portion of the bill has been made, the refund will be made in the amount equal to the applicable product for the portion of the product cancelled or not operated as scheduled by Goody.my.
 

Mixed amount Policy

Where one type of a product is stated as a refundable item and another type of a product is stated as non-refundable, the applicable refund and cancellation policies for the refund will apply only to the refundable portion.
 

No Show Policy for card refund

All customers MUST change/cancel their order prior to the two off time each day in order to receive a refund. If a customer did not cancel the order after cut off time, a cancellation charges of RM20 will automatically charge on the credit card with last min cancellation.
