How It Works

Online Ordering

Once you start adding items to your shopping cart, you must register an account with Goody. To complete the transaction, we require your completed address to ensure we currently deliver in your area. 
If you are outside our delivery area, kindly email kiwi@goody.my for further assistance. 
We are currently expanding our delivery regions on a monthly basis. 
However, it is our first priority to offer top quality service to every client within our current coverage area in consideration for the resources we currently have.

Please note that there is a surcharge to deliver to areas not currently in our current delivery territory. 
There is no extra charge of the delivery fees on a single receipt over RM300. A flat rate of RM10 applies to purchases that are less than RM300.
 

Order Placement Cut Off Times

Customers must place their order before 5pm with deliveries occurring the following day between 1pm – 5pm, according to your selected delivery time slot or as per special request by the customer. 
Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered the day after tomorrow from 1pm to 5pm.

Due to our nature of business, we have a designated delivery schedule and time slot within Johor Bahru. 
Once your order is received.
Our service crew will Text/Email/Whatsapp you to confirm the time slot to deliver your order.

Delivery time slot are:
1pm - 5pm
Monday - Friday

Cut off time and delivery time slots will be amended from time to time based of our client data base and serving area by immediate notification via Text/Email/Whatsapp to all our valued customers.

Should the product you choose be temporary unavailable, our system will notify our procurement team within 60 minutes. 
Our service crew will then inform you for the shortage before delivery. You can either choose the substitute product or cut down the quantity. Our service crew will inform you the balance of our inventory level if you order quantity is exceeding, we will then inform you a date for delivery arrangement, if only you can wait for the actual quantity of goods re-stock at our store. Every new stock in takes a 5-7 working day.

If the product you chosen is discontinued, our service team will Text/Email/Whatsapp the substitute products which available in our menu.

Due to our nature of business, all stocks especially fresh produces are very depend on Season/avaibilities from all sources.

Order Changes or Cancellations

You can change or cancel order before 24hours prior delivery time by email to kiwi@goody.my or call us at 0197170568, we will do our best to accommodate with your request.
If you choose Online transaction which credit to our Public Bank account, kindly Text/Email/Whatsapp us the bank in slip, or our service team will request from you so that we can proceed the order from 1pm onwards for next day delivery.We can not guaranteed the next day delivery if no reply from you before 9am on your delivery date.

If you choose the Cash on Delivery payment method, once your purchase order is received via email from the system. Our service team will then contact you in next 3 hours after your purchase order accepted by our system and email is received from the system. Our service team will Text/Email/Whatsapp each hour until got the reply from you for order confirmation, delivery time slot and date.

Your order will be cancelled by the system automatically after 3 hours without any reply from Text/Email/Whatsapp, due to our nature of business, we need to ensure clients are alright to receive at their doorstep. (for cash on delivery option)

We are happy If you required an advanced order, you may also Text/Email/Whatsapp our service team at 019 7170568.

If you sending the products as a gift for your loved one and do not want the invoice attached with the delivery goods, we can sort that out for you to, just Text/Email/Whatsapp us for better arrangement.

Order Returns

Upon delivery, our friendly delivery crew will ask you to check your order for spoiled, missing or damaged products and our well-trained staff will offer an immediate solution depending on the circumstance.

If you notice a problem after our delivery crew has left, kindly contact our service personnel at 0197170568 or email us at kiwi@goody.my. We will try our best to resolve the matter by either replacing the product or providing a cash voucher for your next purchase. However, we will request the original packaging for any stock returned.

All returns or exchange are only applicable for non-perishable products. For perishable products, we only accept a return during delivery when you as the customer are checking your order. Therefore, it is important that you appoint a suitable person to receive the order if you’re not available to pick up the delivery.
 

Credit Card Payment Refunds

 
Upon stock return, the amount of returned stock will credit back to your credit card if you chose to pay by credit card online after our service team receive the returned stock from delivery crew on the same day. If your bank balance didn’t show the returned amount immediately, it may shows in your monthly credit card statement, alternatively, call your credit card issued bank to check whether the money is credited to your account. 
 
For customer who has chosen credit card transaction using portable credit card terminal, our delivery crew will deduct the returned stock amount directly from the total amount on the receipt. 
 
Goody will never refund cash if customer paid by credit card.
 
Refunds are in the same currency, at the same conversion rate as the original payment and same price from the original receipt.

In general, we keep stock for product we offer online and increase levels according to customer data and registration information provided. We also take into consideration the effect of different times of the year such as holidays or special occasions and alter our inventory accordingly.
